CF1100

   CF1100 is an acidic liquid diluted with water to make up an operating solution to clean and activate copper. It can be used in either spray or immersion applications.
   CF1100 is specifically designed for use on copper surfaces of printed wiring boards prior toCF1200 and OSP. It has been designed to deoxidize, wet and activate copper without leaving residues which cause ionic contamination problems. Reduced ionic contamination levels are necessitated for PWBs to be processed in a no-clean assembly made.
   CF1100 is extremely free rinsing and totally compatible with the entire OSP process.
